Birmingham Philharmonic Concerto Prize 2015

Engaged by BCU Marketing, while a student photographer.

Each year, the Birmingham Philharmonic holds a concert to award the “Concerto Prize” to the best student soloist from Birmingham Conservatoire (which is part of BCU), the award being based on their performance in a concerto of their choice. This year, Ottília Revóczky was the winner.

There’s a real trade-off from a photographer’s perspective, here – it’s important to get the shots, but not to disturb the audience.
